Job Description

1.To deliver the brand promise and provide friendly, courteous and professional guest service at all times
为客户提供品牌承诺,在任何时间提供友好的,礼貌的及专业的服务。
2.To describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods
为客人描述菜单和酒水单被要求的项目,同时生动描述每个菜的原产地,味道和做法。
3.To take food and beverage orders from guests, up selling wherever possible
为客人点食品和酒水,尽可能的推销。
4.To communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the Micros system and constantly update any changes
用Micros系统和厨房沟通,如果客人有任何特殊需要和请求, 并持续不断的更新客人的任何需求变化。
5.To transport items to the guest table in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality
及时的为客人上菜,来确保菜的质量。
6.To anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
预知客人需求,确认满意度,提供意见,关注客人,满足客人的要求。
7.To complete assigned opening side work for operation, including mis en place, setting and resetting tables, changing candles, and cleaning and re-filling salt & pepper
在营业前需要完成,包括:准备工作,设台和翻台,换蜡烛,清洁工作,添加盐和胡椒。
8.To participate in all required meetings or Training course
参加一切所需的会议或培训课程
9.To assist in seating guests and present menus
为入座的客人提供菜单。
10.To ensure that all sales are properly recorded, following procedures for ordering, voiding or correcting items
确保所有销售都被记录,根据点单程序,避免漏单,错单,正确的记录。
11.To maintain the assigned station in a clean and orderly manner at all times.

12.To complete assigned closing side work

13.To treat all operating equipment and supplies carefully to minimize damage or breakage and reduce wastage

14.To work in a supportive and flexible manner with other employees and other departments.

15.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior.

Desired Skill and Experience

l, Fluent in speaking English, with good communicating skills
英语听说流利,并掌握一定的沟通技巧。
2, Have good image and temperament.
五官端正,气质良好。
3, Have good working attitude and sense of teamwork.
良好的工作态度及团队合作意识。
4, Knowledge of French food (we will training for these)
餐饮方面相关知识。(我们会提供专门的培训)
5, Preferable with related working experience.
有相关工作经验者优先录用。
