Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1 Collect and prioritize teacher demand form business units and balance demand-supply chain.
2 Control quality and efficiency of teacher interviews and placement.
3 Fully utilize teacher’s working hours to maximize class productivity.
4 Align systems, products, resources, process and people with the production need effectively.
5 Manage teachers’ attendance and disciplinary behaviors, coordinate with and report to related functional teams timely and optimize plans for better performance.
6 Guarantee teaching quality and student learning experience by providing guidance and feedback timely.
7 Develop team and manage performance of team members to achieve targets and goals.

Recruitment Requirement:
1 Excellent communication skills in both Chinese & English
2 Bachelor degree or above
3 Experienced in academic management, teacher recruitment and training for over 3 years
4 Result and detail driven with a strategic mindset
5 Positive and flexible in problem solving

The Association of International Accountants (AIA) was founded in the UK in 1928 as a professional accountancy body and from conception has promoted the concept of ‘international accounting’ to create a global network of accountants in over 85 countries worldwide. AIA is recognized by the UK as a Recognized Qualifying Body for statutory auditors under the Companies Act 2006, as a Prescribed Body under the Companies (Auditing and Accounting) Act 2003 in the Republic of Ireland, and members qualified as a statutory auditor and registered with a Recognized Supervisory Body (RSB) are able to seek registration as a statutory auditor across the European Union. AIA has supervisory status for its members in the Money Laundering Regulations 2007 and has recognition to operate in the National Qualifications Framework as an Awarding Body. The AIA professional qualification is currently recognized in over 30 countries worldwide.
