Job Description

- Take part in the operation of the wine bar, like introducing the wine to the customers, answering the questions from the customers, serving the wine etc
- Use computer point of sale software to monitor inventory, sales analysis, and perform other records.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and staff.
- Update and use job-related knowledge skills
- Operational management: organizing stock and equipment, ordering supplies and overseeing building maintenance, cleanliness and security; planning and working to budgets, maximizing profits and achieving sales targets set by head office.
- Ensuring company standards of customer service are maintained;
- Propose new ideas to improve business ( products, new procedures, etc ) Undertake daily sales report, receipts and balance against sales, deposit receipts, manage cash out and monthly petty cash.
- Organize and supervise the cleaning of the kitchen and bar areas to maintain sanitation standards.
- Resolve customer complaints about wine/food quality or service.
- Training other staffs to increase their wine/food knowledge and sense of customers service.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior.

Desired Skill and Experience

- Previous experience of working in the food & beverage service industry ; has passionate on wine culture and has basic level of understanding
- Previous customer care experience essential
- Catering cost control and analysis ability
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill
- Mother tongue in English(or French, or Italian), good level Mandarin is a plus
- Able to work under pressure
- Good Team spirit, Integrity, humble, pleasant and smiling attitude and reliable in all tasks Good Physical Condition, and have the valid health certificate.
