Job Description

Responsible:
- To manage, maintain and develop IA Market in Guangzhou.
- To cover a pre-determined list of clients and corporations with the objectives of selling the Company’s product range;
- To identify key clients and new clients for development to achieve the depletion and promotion objectives in major cities;
- Expanding Direct Sales database, expecting increase Direct Sales accounts. Sourcing out Direct Sales customers from below channels: local companies; Individuals; Event; Banks / international groups and so on ; Especially focus on maintaining the good relationship with Consulate & Chambers and develop new local Government customers;
- Conduct regular sales visit for all the active accounts maintain and develop further business partnership;
- To plan and implement consumer promotions for identified clients;
- To ensure that effective promotional activities are conducted based on company guidelines and with the objectives to gain market share and build brand awareness;
- To measure and monitor the depletion performance, Using sales skills and product knowledge to sell and directly responsible for Direct Sales accounts in order to achieve sales target set up by Sales Manager every month;
- To ensure accurate market information is collected and communicated efficiently;
- To develop and build strong business relationship with all key clients;
- To maintain up-to-date and accurate records of outlets’ business;
- To evaluate financial status of each customers.


Desired Skill and Experience

Requirement:
- 2 to 3 years working experience in Sales & Marketing, Beverage or related job. Hospitality Industry is a preference;
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing or related disciplines;
- Excellent Chinese & English (speaking, reading & writing) Skills;
- Good reporting skill in paper works, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) is a must;
- Good understand of Marketing and Finance;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Good planning skill;
- Good presentation skill;
- Good interpersonal skill;
- Good selling skill;
- Basic mindset of Business Development;
- Basic knowledge of beverage;
- Full of passion, good attitude, willing to learn, able to work under pressure.
